• Produce and support podcasts, live streams, and internal broadcast events as needed.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend event or system support.

• Travel to remote offices, event sites, or production facilities (up to 25%).

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Audio Visual field; IT experience is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Logitech, Huddly, and Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) systems.

• Experience with Q-SYS audio DSP configuration, control, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with video wall and digital signage technologies and content management systems.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations involving executives or government officials.

• Comfortable lifting and transporting A/V equipment (up to 50 lbs).

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting A/V systems in production or manufacturing environments, including factory floors, engineering labs, or test facilities.

• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, PoE, and VLAN configuration for A/V systems.

• Background in podcasting, livestreaming, or video production.

• Experience supporting A/V systems in secure or classified communications environments.

• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
