- Lead the end-to-end transition of VTS Australia into UniFi.
- Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Partner with leaders across the business to deliver transformation outcomes.
- Navigate complex challenges, identify risks early, and remove barriers to delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams and workstreams to achieve program milestones.
- Embed sustainable change through clear communication, coaching, and collaboration.
- Monitor performance, measure outcomes, and ensure effective governance throughout the transition.
On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, change, or enterprise system initiatives.
- Strong program delivery and stakeholder management capability.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior leaders across a complex organisation.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- A track record of delivering outcomes through collaboration, influence, and leadership.
