Division Operations Lead

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Maneuver Dominance team is building Thunder - an autonomous attack rotorcraft built to fight alongside crewed combat aviation to deliver overwhelming mass effects deep beyond the front lines. The team in London builds the Mission System and the autonomy that makes aircraft like Thunder work.

Autonomy is only as good as the link that carries it. Thunder is a compact airframe with weapons, sensors and radios competing for the same antenna real estate, flying low and in formation, in a spectrum that is actively contested. That is the problem you would own.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for someone to lead our Division Operations team based in Costa Mesa. Anduril’s Air Maneuver group within the Maneuver Dominance Division, one of Anduril’s fastest growing divisions, has assembled a diverse team of experts, including aerospace, mechanical, and electrical engineers, alongside software, robotics, artificial intelligence, sensor fusion, and data analysis specialists. Together, we create cutting-edge vehicle-centric hardware and software solutions that radically evolve the capabilities of our customers.

We are fielding the next generation of autonomous vehicle systems to tackle the extremely challenging industry demands. Our focus is on delivering advanced tactical unmanned vehicle systems, battlefield intelligence, and flexible ground and air autonomy solutions. We are actively developing and iterating on a portfolio of next-generation vehicle platforms, including Thunder, a fully autonomous VTOL platform designed for advanced persistent intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance. Through this and other programs, Anduril is executing on substantial contracts to bring these capabilities to our customers.

As a rapidly growing division, Maneuver Dominance is not just delivering products; we are building the fundamental enabling technologies that empower our systems with exquisite perception, sophisticated behaviors, and unparalleled capabilities. This deep investment fuels an expanded product portfolio where systems, including Thunder and other platforms will form a coherent system-of-systems, enabling the end-to-end conduct of a variety of autonomous missions in the land, air, and tactical domains. If you are passionate about solving problems that have real impact and working on systems that directly contribute to achieving national strategic priorities, we want you to join Anduril and help us build the future of defense capability.
