• Track the status of ongoing projects and tasks, proactively following up with team members and the client when items are at risk of missing deadlines
• Maintain accurate records related to events, communications, and project timelines
• Provide additional administrative and operational support to other team members and functions as time and priorities allow

Communications

• Draft and send professional, policy-compliant email responses to public inquiries, in accordance with NIH communication guidelines
• Revise documents to ensure they meet accessibility standards (e.g., PDFs, Word docs, PowerPoint decks) prior to publication on government websites

• Attributes for Success: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Location: 100% remote; physical office available in the Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC area
• Travel: Approximately 4-6 times per year
• Security Clearance: N/A however must obtain and maintain a Public Trust and will require you to provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility. This investigation may review personal and criminal behavior, financial conduct, foreign influence, as well as other adjudications.
