The Aftermarket Development Program (ADP) is a two-year, entry-level rotational program within Pratt & Whitney’s Aftermarket Operations (AMO) organization. Program participants complete three 8-month rotations, each focused on a different discipline: engineering, quality, and operations. Each rotation takes place at a different domestic overhaul and component repair facility within the U.S., meaning participants will relocate to three distinct locations over the course of the program. These varied site assignments are designed to provide broad, cross-functional exposure and a deep understanding of how aftermarket teams collaborate to support engine sustainment. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are prepared to transition into full-time roles within one of Pratt & Whitney’s aftermarket business units.
