Senior Electronics / Avionics Technician

Job Description Summary

This is a hands-on technical role supporting the testing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex electronic and electro-mechanical avionics hardware in a production and MRO environment. The position focuses on bench-level execution, using established procedures and technical documentation—not engineering design or software development.

This role is ideal for experienced electronics or avionics technicians who enjoy working directly with hardware, supporting production flow, and solving complex technical issues on the shop floor.

• Monitor process performance and product quality, responding quickly to production or repair issues.

• Adjust approved process parameters (within engineering guidelines) to maintain quality and prevent downtime.

• Partner with Manufacturing and Test Engineers to communicate observed issues, trends, and “watch items.”

• Train and support junior technicians as assigned.

• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in a high-reliability aerospace environment.

Note: This role is focused on execution and technical support. It does not include product design, software development, or engineering ownership.
