· Lead OAC (owner-architect-contractor) meetings and report status, cost, and risk to Blue Origin leadership.

· Coordinate with IT, Security, Facilities Operations, and the receiving programs to plan turnover, move-in, and occupancy.

· Experience with building codes, permitting, and inspections.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to lead contractors and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

· Ability to work on an active construction site and travel to other Blue Origin sites as needed.

· Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
