External Rent Controller

Job Description:

We are looking for an External Rent Controller to join our Controlling team in Airbus GBS in Lisbon!

Responsibilities - your mission

The jobholder will:

- Perform and deliver the Planning (incl. Forecast) of Airbus Commercial Real Estate External Rents (Europe):

• Drumbeat and maintain a solid multi-year database by site working in close collaboration with the Real Estate contract administration team and the IFRS16 finance team for existing contracts and the Real Estate financial manager for the future contracts to come

• The jobholder will manage the database with a Risk and Opportunity approach

• The jobholder will perform and deliver the Planning and the Forecast (incl. Plan to Plan comparison and Year to Year comparison)

- Prepare monthly closings and reports on Airbus Commercial Real Estate External Rents (Europe)

• Ensure monthly closing tasks (incl. alignment with Real Estate teams, booking of accruals…)

• Analyze and report on Actuals incl. qualitative comments vs Planning

- Deliver Trans-divisional consolidated view on External Rents (Planning and Reporting)

• The jobholder will consolidate Real Estate External Rents for the three Divisions of the Group

• Interface with Airbus Defence and Space and Airbus Helicopters controllers

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Analytical / Data management skills

• Advanced level in Google Sheets

• Knowledge on Accounting and Controlling

• Ability to work in an autonomous mode

• Ability to interact with financial and business stakeholders in various countries

• Knowledge of tools such as SAP is a plus

• Language: English mandatory, German or French is a plus
