At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.

We are a diverse team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers who are relentlessly committed to a culture of safety. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your commitment and detailed attention towards safe and repeatable space flight. Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin’s vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.

Your primary focus will be on programmatic health and ensuring that work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with New Glenn program priorities.

In this role, you connect technical teams with program leadership. You translate strategy into executable plans, track performance, and resolve issues before they become problems. You will act as a trusted advisor and force multiplier for the Director by owning programmatic processes, tools, and coordination efforts. These efforts help the team run optimally.

We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!

• Strong ability to synthesize complex technical and programmatic information and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
• Proven track record of identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and driving issue resolution
• Ability to operate, make decisions, and drive forward progress in complex and ambiguous environments
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion

Desired:

• Advanced degree or an equivalent background in Engineering or Aerospace
• Master of Business Administration or MS in Engineering Management, or comparable professional experience
• Direct experience with launch vehicle or space system integration and testing
• Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies within the team, specifically around scope and project management

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
