Test Solutions Engineering is one of the most dynamic, hands-on, and fast-paced environments within Raytheon. As our programs ramp up under new Heads of Agreement (HOAs) to accelerate production, our factories are moving faster than ever — and Test is at the center of making that possible! We design and deliver the test capabilities that ensure every product leaving our lines is ready for the mission.

This is a rare opportunity to jump directly into impactful engineering from day one. You’ll work with cutting-edge test instrumentation, automation technologies, and multidisciplinary teams, engaging in work that is both technically challenging and incredibly rewarding. The environment moves quickly — designs evolve, test needs shift, and factory demand accelerates — and you’ll be right in the middle of that momentum.

Most importantly, the mission behind the work is noble. The test solutions you create ensure our systems perform flawlessly when they matter most. What you do here directly contributes to the safety of our warfighters and allies. This is meaningful engineering with real-world consequence — and your contributions truly matter.
